This accommodation in the countryside is ideal for families and friends, residential courses, creative workshops, cultural and artistic events, seminars, exhibitions or artist residencies.

The exteriors have 3 terraces, a large garden with swimming pool in the middle of 1 hectare of organic vineyards, fruit trees (fig trees, olive trees) and woods.

A deposit of 30% of the amount of accommodation will be requested upon booking. In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the deposit would be kept. A deposit of 1000 € will be requested at the beginning of the stay

Le Mas

The Mas has a total capacity of 12 people.

Garden level : entrance, living room, dining room with fireplace, large kitchen offering beautiful spaces of conviviality. shower room and toilet.
Floor : 6 modular rooms with 2 double beds and 5 king-size beds, separable into single beds to adapt to the needs of each group. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets complete this rest area.
Outdoor spaces : 2 shaded terraces and plant pergolas allow you to enjoy the seasons for meals and relaxation in the garden.

The secure swimming pool and solarium are open from May to October and are private.

May, June and September + Holiday season :

  • 360 € / night direct booking. Minimum 2 nights.
    (396 € / night via online platforms)

October, November, December (until 20), February, March, April :

  • 360 € / night then 310 € / night from 3 nights in direct booking. Minimum 2 nights.
    (396 € / night then 341 € / night from 3 nights via online platforms).

July and August :

  • The reservation of le Mas is coupled with that of le Petit Bacalan to become le Grand Bacalan (see above).
  • Mandatory cleaning fee : 120 €
  • Tourist taxes : 0.70 € / adult / night
  • Sheets and towels on request : 13 € / person (10 € + 3 €).

Annual closure from 3 January to 1st weekend of February

A deposit of 30% of the accommodation will be requested upon booking. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the deposit would be cashed. In the presence of major forces, the deposit would be kept for a later date to be defined. A deposit of 500 € will be required at the beginning of the stay.

Le Petit Bacalan

Le Petit Bacalan is a single storey cottage open to the countryside, adjoining the Mas with a capacity of 4 people (37 m2). It includes a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with 1 king-size bed separable into 2 single beds, a kitchen and a shower room with toilet.
Its shaded terrace has been adapted in an old irrigation basin close to the vineyards and pines, and offers moments of tranquility out of sight.

September to June :

  • 90 € / night . Minimum 2 nights.
    (99 € / night via online booking platforms).

July and August :

  • No reservation of Little Bacalan because it becomes a part of the great Bacalan.
  • Mandatory cleaning fee : 45 €
  • Tourist taxes : 0.70 € / adult/ night
  • Linen and towels on request : 13 € / person .
