Trois jours de participation volontaire et conviviale aux différents travaux de jardinage-bricolage-bûchage avec repas offerts (du vendredi 12h au dimanche 12h) et hébergement selon les places disponibles.

Self-managed fasting
5 days of Büchinger-inspired fasting in autonomy for an adventure of simplicity and creation. A fast is a break in the calm and authenticity of a shared experience, by the fire of Bacalan and in the surrounding nature. Creative activities are offered by fasters who showcase their practices or favorites. Meetings are woven over the preparation of juices and broths, in front of the fireplace, during a walk or a sauna.
Accommodation : €36/night in a shared room OR €52/night in a single room + contribution for cleaning and sheets : €25/person.

A path to oneself

A day of initiatory practices dedicated to the experimentation of useful tools in everyday life, to free ourselves from thoughts that limit us. The opportunity to free oneself from memories that prevent us from rising to be fully Self !
On the agenda for the day: meditations, conscious walks and body movements.
Shared meal for lunch.
